Cyber Operations Policy Coalition

Mission Overview

The Cyber Operations Policy Coalition aims to advance responsible, lawful, and strategically aligned approaches to active cyber defense by convening government and industry leaders to address emerging cybersecurity challenges.

What We Do

As cyber threats become increasingly intertwined with geopolitical competition, economic coercion, terrorism, and nation-state conflict, the United States is entering a new era of cybersecurity policy—one that requires deeper coordination between government and the private sector to shape adversarial behavior, disrupt malicious cyber activity, and strengthen collective resilience.

The Coalition serves as a trusted forum for collaboration among industry, government, legal experts, academia, and civil society to help develop policy frameworks for collective cyber defense.
